It clearly says "Aug. 26, 2021" and "today". Maybe they reaffirmed the deal, maybe the time of formulations needed it to be designed, maybe distribution plans are different. Yes they had a deal in place last Sept, but you're making posts about blind assumptions regarding details that no one here knows. They're releasing some details/information.
