Poor OTCX has been trying to sell those 54K shares for the last couple of weeks. They would have sold yesterday if PUMA hadn't blocked. I'm thinking we may break 40 today and those shares will finally get removed from the Ask.
There's still two forces at work: The profit takers looking to lock in the last two week's gains, and those who know that FINRA must be getting very close. The chart is suggesting that the FINRA news crowd is starting to take control.
