NewtG: Maybe foreign countries can't afford that price tag, but the good old US of A will give it away or subsidize it, like they are planning to do w the vaccine. They just love to give our money away directly through things like the American Rescue Plan and emergency funding through the Centers for Disease Control and the United States Agency for International Development.
