Real intel?! LOL they haven’t issued a press release of any substance in months. They’ve blocked commenting on their Twitter. They haven’t filed their 2020 annual report. They’re 3 reports late for 2021. The last press release regarding the “acquisition” was a letter of intent - followed by some sock puppet pumper dressing up this page with their logos. That was 9 months ago. There has been no follow up since. They have no cash. Their stock is now worthless that they can’t get anymore debt financing. The deal is dead. Only fools and suckers are buying the last breath of hype from the pumpers working for the note holders as the price drops to quads next. It’s dead. Done. Finished. Mismanaged fraud of scam for at least the last two years.
