And maybe @ the time he did but something changed .. Irdk but something stinks IMO And he gets his full payment regardless of what the SP is, no loss to Hunter...
Between Brian, Hunter, the failed acquisition in Texas and Colorado Dave was all giddy about, to bringing a guy like Pablo in and the SP tanking ..
Everything can not be as peachy and creamy as Massey has us thinking .. JMO

FWIW i posted this to Hunter last week and he "liked" it

"To be fair, you are getting your 40 million regardless .. If it is still a suppressed SP, SIRC will just have to dilute alot more than they anticipated to pay you .. ( not your fault i aint mad @ you just calling it how it is)

Massey even admitted so on the last Q&A but he doesnt expect it to be @ these levels still... But what's he know .. Nobody knows.
Can only hope you guys can execute on improving revenues and profits, get that uplist and audited financials we were told would happen months ago..
