Wonder what they did with the "Audit" money from Tangiers, seeing there never has been an Audit, and or they will not name their PCAOB Auditor.

As an update we are bringing the audit, upslit and filing of our S-1 across the finish line (paraphrase) from Tweet on Jan 10th 2019! Over 2.5 years ago.

Hope they had fun with the money and it was worth it JMO.
