Lolz. Well, we wait for the next catalyst. The preferred stockholders are paying for most of the litigation and will have their interests well protected.
Other than that, nothing else to do but watch the price continue to slide. At least there was a dead cat bounce. The volume is too high consistently to rule out a large holder selling.
Hoping for a jury trial for Lamberth. I don’t know the procedure for asking but think they will at some point. I think Lamberth is clearly not a fan of the plaintiffs given the prior dismissal in 2014.
