Correct. It's just an algorithm based on prior trading activity. But this stuff is looked at by alot of penny stock traders. Many of them will have to dump their non-current OTC holdings soon. What I hope is that people don't start selling at market and cause those stats to go south. If it stays at a recommended buy at the right time it may out those of is with current positions.
