What effect does a drug have if it isn't used?


Depends on the half-life. With leron's half-life of 10 days, there was still plenty of leron circulating in patients' systems in week 4 especially when 700mg was given in each shot instead of 350mg.

Leronlimab's only efficacy came in a tiny 62 patient slice of their trial. A few more patients dying in days 11-14 in the treatment arm and a few more patients dying in days 15-18 in the placebo arm would be enough to skew the results between the day 14 and day 28 data.

CytoDyn never releases their full data so all we can do is speculate. My speculation is going to be that there are a tons of warts that we don't even know about because CytoDyn management are deceivers to the maximum degree. The FDA confirmed my speculation. They said no efficacy was shown.
