There was no point in them to waste time on it again on this CC - as the answer will/would be the same:

FINRA is one of the most frustrating pain in the ass agencies on the planet - BUT IT WILL WILL WILL HAPPEN AND GET DONE !!
I said it before - I followed a POS CAVEAT EMPTOR reverse merger scam that was off-shore and NON SEC FILER (QNTA is FULL SEC FILER) and they, that POS CAVEAT SCAM after months FINALLY GOT "FINRA NAME AND TICKER CHANGE" !!
At the time - we had a email for their SEC attorney - and the dude said EXACTLY what QNTA Sr Mgt has said, "FINRA WILL PROCESS IT AND POST IT WHENEVER THEY DO - I can't tell you anymore than that, as all paperwork is in and FINRA never, ever, ever gives timelines or hints etc" and the dude was dead nuts correct !!
WHEN WE LEAST EXPECT IT - we'll wake up and QNTA is going to be MedoLife RX and a new ticker- and I think we get a share price bump right there and we can obviously MUCH EASIER PROMOTE and "tell the story of this company" as we won't be doing this screw-ball BS of "Well see, it's QNTA but it's really Medolife now and their product is Aelia and Escozine, but it's under old QNTA but that company is gone now" blah blah - just muddy water.
ANY DAY NOW - we get FINRA !! Just "will it to be so" people and it will happen, it's just FINRA being FINRA and taking their damn sweet time !
