Yeah- I was typing fast and put $150K as low end.

ALL OTHER "financing" he stated is now covered under the new REG-A fixed price offering as the last of that convertible note(s) aka $150K gets retired upon maturity which I believe is end of Aug aka about 2 weeks away or less.

We should theoretically "see" a change in trading as the damn jack boot diluter toxic note holder gets off the neck of this thing- "hopefully" :)
