there's an argument that the present price means the market has priced ubqu as if "Ballas Lied"

one part missing abotu this argument. if the market knows for sure ballas lied and this would not come current, ever. there would be no 1B+ bid ever at 2. we'd be at nobid

I'd agree the UNSUREty is priced in, but also the low retailer volume also speaks that full capitulation to the end of this ticker has been realized by the holders of 20 billion shares.

600M on the ask now means 19.4 billion still being held by all tentities.
