Maybe Art should have manufactured his own products as he stated they were instead of rebottling someone else's product. Any bad mouthing they get is because they asked for it by defrauding everyone to include those that bought their products and services. SYMPATHY? F- NO!

Nonsense, hydrogen peroxide @50% (Oxyblast 50) is lethal.

https://nj.gov/health/eoh/rtkweb/documents/fs/1015.pdf

Even a small amount of "food grade" HP is lethal.

Don't start telling me that RBII dilutes it with water, therefore it's safe. They don't have the expertise to assess its efficacy or safety.

RBII decided they'd use a product meant for well water disinfectant and insecticide but two 3 lettered government agencies said oh no you don't.

RBII caused "Oxyblast 50" to receive negative headlines due to their ineptitude, thereby causing the manufacturer potential financial harm, not to mention shareholders. Add to that possible lawsuits from its improper use, and it becomes easy to understand why RBII withdrew their protest to the SEC.

From the SEC charging indictments

2. Neither Oxithymol nor its purported ingredients were CDC approved, and neither Oxi Thyme nor Oxithymol was registered with the EPA for any use. Further, RBII did not use Oxithymol in its Oxi Thyme system. Instead, RBII purchased and rebottled Oxy Blast 50, a pesticide produced by another company, and sold that product for use in its Oxi Thyme system. Oxy Blast 50 is EPA registered as a pesticide. Oxi Blast 50 is not EPA registered for use in killing viruses, and it does not appear on the EPA’s “List N” of products that meet EPA criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.
