It does narrow the field. I'm currently in 2 Lazar tickers . My thought was price should go up just on the migration out of those plays effected by the new rule to more quality like this one. That being said, this play currently has a yield sign. I'm not sure if the new rule will effect it or not. Clearly I need to look into more.
