Yes, I saw that earlier. My understanding is that ILST is really the only ticker with a merger ready to go and waiting on upgrade to Pink Current status. This will be Frank's first consummated merger once that happens yes? Or am I missing something? If so, then pretty much everything for Frank is going to hinge on how good this merger for ILST ends up being. If it ends up being a disappointment, you can bet all his other tickers will go down the tubes.
