Somebody not willing to wait some more I guess. The filing didnt have any large surprise in it. As far as I can tell.

Somebody is picking up the shares at very low prices. Impatient seller hitting the bid price..... at 50% off.

Certainly not helping the insiders selling their shares at $0.5. But maybe they will cancel the S1, that would really help us going back up quickly. Just a thought.

Maybe they shoudl consider getting some depth rather than equity. One shareholder is giving them a loan, so maybe this could make more sense.
