500 Million is like 10 times of current share structure. My guess is take over is underway..

Someone big guys already have majority of ANV Warrants, they might be part of the deal. They will have to honor the anti-dilution and take calculation from 2015 and not 2020.

Generally what we see in the news is already baked into the shares, as these major changed takes time to finalize.
