That's massive.

You claim 'humbly not compensating self', yet Leo is one of the most grossly overpaid BioTech 'startup' (self proclaimed) CEO's operating in the space, in history. With a 2person payroll totaling almost $1M annually with zero revenue, how exactly is it you think he compensates himself? Don't forget about his options etc. That's a ton of dilution for a $.20 stock (avg) to compensate someone who's been 'in business' for 15yrs and hasn't made a dime for the actual shareholders...

'The company' is 2 people, 2 patents (effectively) and a PO box in Wakefield. That's a pretty high-value proposition.
