I took it that Feb 20, 22 was the 'outside date' meaning that if it isn't closed by then they'll both have the option to accept an later date.

I also saw that Tril would have to pay $83mil if it accepts a better offer.

I really don't think they shopped Tril at this point. In my opinion PFE is paying a high premium to the current price and with Pfizers head of Oncology sitting on Trils scientific board someone just might want to kick the tires trying to find out why they're paying this premium.

We'll see.
