Is that in reference to the Form T that was posted today? I’m going to surmise that those 4.3 million shares in it were today’s dilution. That’s a hefty uptick in dilution for one day if so. I don’t even read the financials here anymore but I’d imagine there’s a note due. I agree that there’s a good chance of it opening lower tomorrow unless there is some sort of decent news/update-Tuesday’s are typically red anyway.

That transaction was at 4:10, OTC does not trade after hours, not sure what that is???? I've seen accounts show funny numbers AH
