Halberd Files Provisional Patent Application

Provisional patent is just a place holder to avoid the cost of filing a nonprovisional patent application. Fartman does this regularly so people think he is really filing for a patent. It is basically meaningless and only costs a few hundred bucks versus thousands and only lasts for a year and is non extendable.
