Wish I'd traded DVCR. I messed up not grabbing some Friday when it opened at $4. And then later in the day when it dropped down to around $5. Saw it over $8 this morning. Dang that's a sweet gain.

I just don't understand the buyout offer. The firm who made the offer seems legit. But why are they paying such a huge premium?? The DVCR earnings appear to be due to hefty reimbursements from the government during the pandemic. And I didn't even mention the balance sheet...looks scary. Someone buying this company for $5 would be a gift imo. So $10.10 looks almost too good to be true.

We'll see how it plays out. Hey if someone is willing to pay $10+ for this stock, bodes well for our undervalued microcaps getting potential buyout offers down the road.
