Trading on etrade stops buying for stocks not current on August 27th....TD stops buying for stocks not current Sept 3 I believe.....This is toast before it could start...

He means current by Sept 28 - the date at which SEC rule 15c2-11 goes into effect.

I am just happy that they will be uploading the filings & attorney letter once the app is approved. That alone should get them Pink Limited status…which will get more eyes on the stock. Pink current followed by some merger news and we are off to the races!
