This deal, looks like a deal, that was floating around in the nineties all the way into Obama's term in office. It was called ecotality, which eventually went bust! Their claim was hydrogen fueled municipal busses. They were located in Phoenix AZ then changed headquarters to Scam Francisco, CA (a complete political green energy hoax). More then $300 million vaporized!
