I wouldnt worry about it, they are unquestionably engaged in hiring the right people, whether the web site reflects it or not is irrelevant, the level of engagement of the CEO is beyond anything I have ever seen before, so your concern is the least of our worries.
Well I took advantage of the rally to sell some shares, when you are up 60+% in the span of a few days you have to take advantage of it. Could it have rallied past 5 cents, sure, and I would have sold in higher volume, as it was I didnt sell enough, I never do, but I am learning more and more hard lessons, next time I sell more in 50K lots, and while I have been on the other side where it just takes off and I sell too much too early, in this moment in time, I do not see a strong run from here but ebb and flow, but what do I know, I cant predict price, I can only be prepared to respond to it and thats good enough for me
