I took into account $6M per year
For accounting & legal plus I
Have the trust and not the
Manager pay the sec fine and the
Lawsuit settlement 100 percent
Out of pocket. I also expensed
16M per year for management
Services of a trust with lower
Asset amount and no financials.
The only thing to explain could
Extremely high expenses somewhere
And there is a limit to legal
fees with no iou from other udf
Entities offsetting them.
