Excellent and terrific post - it's a shame we even have to think of such a possibility but it makes a tremendous amount of sense to cover all the bases and get this message out there which you most certainly did with this post. I have heard lots of things about the Chairman and hope that the integrity of the man is a more powerful force than greed. After all, all the terrific assets are in ELGL and nothing in BFNH!!!

Sometimes the vehicle is more valuable than the cargo, but if the vehicle delivers the cargo to the market, you have what we have all been waiting for, success!! There are numerous rules and regulations that have to be followed. It is a slow methodical process. The caliber of the attorneys, auditors, board and advisory board is second to none. I’m positive we will all be very happy when this is completed. Keep the faith.
