I can see where the TA has an issue that needs to be resolved since the # of shares verified before delisting won't match the # of shares being bought back by the company. This situation is so rare that it's obvious the TA needs to figure out how to handle it.

I get some skepticism, since we don't have cash yet, but there have been too many milestones of good signs for me to be ardently against this happening...

If this was a dead scam, why would they still pay for IR? Why would they even suggest a buyback? Why not just roll up the sidewalks, like 99% of all other delisted? Why would Meso post SEC filings that $8M is there? If this was a scam, they would NEVER do that...
