Telogis buys Remote Dynamics, which prior to that went dark and filed form 15. Deal was done in Oslo Norway. Terms of the BUY were not disclosed.

So now, all you posters who claimed this is nothing more than a SHELL must finally admit RMTD is NOT a shell, as that scenario no longer fits your agenda. WOO-Hoo
