Lol... No it doesn't. T-trades are insiders and/or toxic lenders giving a MM large blocks of stock to sell throughout the day for them. The MM's try not to upset the PPS to much with the dumping, and the reason why they don't print the many trades during trading hours. They file a Form T at the end of the day with and average price of all trades that day. Sure sign of dilution.
