They did secure $15m already and if they close all $70m then it's worth an investment of at least 1k shares or a tad more at these levels....being on NASDAQ they will need to think more about there big boy shareholders and we should see less games, if you will.
PMCB goes ballistic, some guy that has 70 million calls em up, asks them "how would you like an additional 70 million financing for 14 million shares at $5?"
Yea sure great! Done deal!
A guy with 70 million to blow can certainly find a way to short the stock in anticipation of receiving his shares. So he sells into the nonsensical run, nets, lets say, 8 bucks a share, minimum. So 42 million profit for a day's work (possibly more).
And most likely, he doesn't care at all what they do
