It is more complicated than that. I just see that FNMAM is down 9% for just 169 shares. A live example, they (I assume to be the MM) place a Buy for 1000 shares at $2.66 and a Sale of 300 shares at $3. Then, someone (not sure it is related to the MM) places a Buy at $2.67 for 169 shares. And, the Buy order is filled. End of the story. The new price is down 9%. Some times, the order size is as small as a few shares. Not sure this is a price manipulation.
