Goodwill is not a donation, it’s a made up number to put a Value on a business, and the $$ as stated for this wannabe crypto exchange is Grossly Overstated. A struggling business trying to right itself after falling into a ditch, and without a product, and not currently rendering any services to anyone or other businesses and placing a value of this magnitude on an Unaudited Financial Statement is unconscionable. GLTU
