Seesh 71 days is what the SEC puts on releasing a super 8k. They will have the super 8k out within 3 weeks WELL ahead of the 71 day deadline that the SEC allows for on deals like this. Just so everyone is clear here.. the 71 days is the standard Set BY THE SEC.
