Richard _Cranium ., I am sorry to hear that , how very sad.. I am not sure if Cydy will be able to help her now since until now there in no approval for use in children ., But someone should call dr Kelly and talk with him , and maybe he has some new information ..or some possible exclusions ..
The only therapy that has shown improved outcomes is Vyzeos produced by Jazz Pharma. I don't know if it is approved for children. Dr. Scott Kelly can tell you whether he thinks Leronlimab can help and he is easy to reach at CYDY
Leukemia and Lymphoma would be a high target indication for leronlimab. The MLLT4 fusion variant is caused by genetic alteration caused by the leukemia, fix the leukemis and MLLT4 is fixed. They've already taken a look at Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with maraviroc. With leronlimab's effects compared to maraviroc it should be far superior. Have the parents talk to the doctor about Right to Try (RTT). RTT is different from state to state and will need to be explored and resolved locally prior to contacting CytoDyn - especially in light of the patient being a young child.
If the doctor is amenable, contact Dr. Kelly at skelly@cytodyn.com.
This is provided on the assumption one is serious about helping those in need - especially children. If not, then a gratis explanation of how leronlimab may help has been provided.
