The truth is....Yaoliu Health Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. ( Mr. Yu
Hang Yan) owns 51% of the voting power of ALL shares. So they own the company. They could vote the CEO out any time they want. Seems to me Gelmon is a shyster that needs to be put to bed. The guy only owns 111,000 ish COMMON shares LMAO!
