Perhaps you missed the big drop in sp late yesterday when the rumor was being spread that the lawsuit against the 13D gang had been dismissed. Looks like most of the shareholders aren't falling for their spiel and want nothing to do with them.

Nah. 13D has likely been methodically planning SP drops along the way for a while now. It’s really a simple equation.., low SP = better chance of 13D success, higher SP = failure for 13D. What I am curious about is the trading activity of 13D timed with any PR release or Proactive Videos etc. 13 D is already shown to do some flipping in the disclosures. I really have a hard time believing it’s not part of the strategy.
