I would say 60/40 that the appeal gets accepted. However, that still doesn't mean WDDD will win. It takes a lot to overturn a decision of a District Judge. Additionally, there are some judges who idealogically are against the small patent companies seeking enforcement of a patent they are not using. Hence the term patent troll.

You’re in the same boat with me, so I just sell or forget I have shares until the price rises which would indicate something good. The Linden settlement just about covered his salary. That’s an embarrassment. I will check from time to time although my account has the World’s shares and I could check action daily. 12 years, hard to believe. JMHO
