It depends how you buy.

I am A my wife is B.

Price is at 0.045 - I have 0 shares - so has my wife.

My wife puts a buy order of 10000 shares at 0.045
she buys
then she puts a sell order of 10000 shares at 0.040 I put a buy order at 0.040
I buy.

We took the stock down by 12%.
Now I can buy at 0.041
and sell at 0.045
