I believe Ambersavage posted that he taped phone conversation when they called him, Dr Patterson was also present , and someone told him to invest into IncellDx before they take over CYDY Board....

Why is that ?

So who will be going to this " stratosphere " after IncellDx will merge with CYDY , only IncellDx ?

Why no statement , invest a lot in CYDY asap , soon when we will manage it will go to the Stratosphere .

Why the advise , invest in IncellDx before we will take over CYDY Board ...

I just hope that ALL the CYDY investors see what this group is doing , and what is going on.

I think that is exactly what 13d intends to do. They are trying to hurt the share price so they can say, "See? Look what happened under NP." And the lower they drive the price, the cheaper they can pick up more shares for themselves (which gives them more power, at the same time). Are those the kinds of people other shareholders want deciding on a new BOD? From what I've read, Rosenbaum is real scumbag. I will follow someone with true ethics, and I believe NP has that quality, before I follow someone with out.

Sorry this is absolute nonsense. NP had $5, $6 and higher to raise cash for the company and only raised cash for himself. No group is conspiring to make it difficult to raise cash for CYDY. NP missed that boat many times over the past year+.

Now that the SEC has approved the 13D proxy we at least have an opportunity to see the 13D plans - if they present one. If it strengthens the company and supports shareholders, they have a chance.

A choice this year is most welcome.
