My first opinion of these assumptions of HDSN pollution dilution insider trading shorting manipulation IBCX accusations was these younger kids like Wayne Burmaster & Rosenmann (FGFC) being the main party of investigation ... IBCX has had problems in the past with certain members of management like Becker & Rosenmann deceiving the company in a vain hostile takeover attempt ... I am not saying Wayne is involved but who would be the main party suspect of stock market manipulation trading thru HDSN ... And also who on the message boards is party to the shorting manipulation ...
The new management like Lisa Jackson, Juan Celestino & Shannon Caperton come from a very respected trusted backgrounds like Shannon alone is relative to a very respected WV governor Gaston Caperton .. When I spoke to Ed on this matter of past bad management .. He stated there where certain factors of the past business negotiations that where not in his full control bringing in this excess management baggage like Becker & Wenzil brought Rosenmann in ... I suppose our main question of concern is .. Is IBCX currently diluting and why would they even bother to consider that with current cash and recent business negotiation of $4.1m in cash ... We know a #506 was filed but that is non market diluting 1yr restricted shares that Ed claims he does not need now and has no plans to issue any at this very low level .. He also stated to me the attorney was handling all aspects of the #506 ... He also stated the #504 was null and void for quite some time now and the #506 was going to be null & void after the otcbb reverse merger with a A/S of 500m or less shares ...
