I was right in the middle of the disco era and few realize the joy the disco ball brought us all. We used to stare up at them and have long discussions over how they came up with "all those frick'n tiny mirrors". It is rumored that a like discussion gave Elton the inspiration for 'Tiny Dancer'... He looked a a ball and saw a bunch of "tiny dancers". Now, I'm not sure I believe the Elon part, "but it is written"!
