It's not ToS. TDA's L2;
on positions, click any ticker;


A pop up come up, click view details;


On right side, click see level II quotes;


You may see a "not available";


Just wait,..
Da-da!!


It doesn't show past trades but still shows current bid/ask &
at least it's something.

ToS did something a while back & my ToS dosen't work like it did.
