Enlightening and certainly of value to those concerned, to a point. What you mention as rules of SarBox, I refer to as SOX, which did indeed change the rules of many of companies claims. Consequently why the majority of Public companies so dislike it. It's implementation is very costly to smaller companies and very much a control power for the establishment. But this is another subject entirely and has little to do with the concerns.
What is and is discussed here is and has already been stated in news released.
Few of the statements made, have not been followed up on, nor have they they been consummated.
Not presumptions, nor dubious forward statements. What is questioned IS and has been stated, progressing and on track. ie. DTC etc. par and much else, including operations (not details but acknowledgment).
