It’s getting walked down because people are tired on the empty talk with nothing behind it. Patience have been lost and people are leaving. There is nothing new fir anybody new to buy into other than if they get it down to bargain pricing. Here we are several years later with two or three times the company and we are at a whopping .04 vs .02 a few years ago. That says a lot
