Check this out filed yesterday.... https://sec.report/Document/0001683168-21-003903/ and in the S-1 Reg statement it has a lock up clause buried in it stating all pre IPO shareholders are "locked until 1 year after nasdaq !" If you take this and yesterdays filing... this indicates this co is about to uplift to nasdaq no ?? Comments pls all ?
