I missed the call but received the transcript from google.

I thought the Reverse Split passed. I’m not sure of the implications. Does this make SRNA a hostile takeover candidate?

From the conference call…
“Question, what is the status of the proposed increase in common stock authorization and the reverse stock split?

Answer, shareholders did not elect to authorize an increase of our common stock or to conduct a reverse split”.

From my understanding the RS was approved by shareholders in the vote? Can anyone confirm that?

If it was approved and now they are saying that maybe they plan on no RS now. Well why would that change… my assumption would be there are some huge deals in the works and it is not necessary anymore.
