You are correct. Thompson airing his grievances with NASDAQ was pretty darn unprofessional.
From my perspective, NASDAQ has been asking KBLB to take actions necessary to succeed on one of the big boards. Thompson’s plan to uplist was fraught with peril. Had he been successful with his uplist, either KBLB would have been delisted already by NASDAQ or Thompson would have been kicked out as CEO. Both might have happened, too.
NASDAQ doesn’t tolerate multiple mistakes from CEOs. Not bad ones like losing your crop in Vietnam and then failing to send replacement eggs on the next flight out.
KBLB is where it needs to be, for the moment at least.
