"All" that matters is market cap based on fundamental analysis ... how many total shares will be trading in the future, vs the value of the assets and future profits IMO.
In reality we know that stocks run on emotion, fear and greed. But, some valuation based on PE ratios will come into play with a profitable set of businesses rolling into a shell.
How many millions will the new venture be valued? For now the market is saying less than $10M.
