Approx. 85 million shares added = 500 million (straight dilution to float) Or:

Can they use that 500 million/ 85 miilion shares to work with?

Separately, the company has entered into an at-the-market offering agreement on Monday, that would result in up to $500M in aggregate proceeds that it plans to use for working capital requirements, funding ongoing operations, repaying debt outstanding, and completing future acquisitions.

I have a better grasp of that mixed shelf now....
